UPSTAIRS ROOMS IN OKLAHOMA CITY TWO STORY

There are two rooms which are sometimes rented together, as a pair, (as bedroom and living area) or separately.  They rent for $600, with bills paid by the owner,  when rented, as a pair, to one person; or $700, with bills paid by the owner, when rented at the same time, as a pair, to two people.  There is a full bath in the hall immediately outside the rooms.  Also, in the hall, is a closet and built in cabinet with shelves and drawers.

When rented separately, the West room rents for $400, and the East Room rents for $425.  The East room has a half bath, large walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan.
